Detail: Initially this consisted of web based reports generated every thirty minutes to an hour using SQL*Plus to build the text files. These were hosted on a web server. Reports consisted of revenue, cost, minutes, gross margin by country / city, telephone prefix, customer, vendor, and cross connect trunks between switches for various periods from days up to years. Subsequent version were built using Oracle Reports. This allowed top management to drill down from an overall gross margin report to view specific activity by a particular customer, vendor or country.
